Alice Snead
With more than 20 years of experience and advanced certifications, Alice provides exceptional one-on-one direct client care, while developing a successful interpersonal relationship with clients. She strives to promote clients’ mental alertness through activities of interest. Her empathetic personality enables her to create an environment of understanding and compassion no matter where her clients reside.
Teresita McAvoy
Teresita has more than 20 years of experience, 10 of those years in a hospital setting. A dynamic, knowledgeable instructor, she trains CNA’s in basic and advanced skills particularly relevant to clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia. She has relationships with the area’s top care managers, social workers, hospital discharge planners and Alzheimer’s support groups. Teresita also works closely with clients’ families, providing detailed reports, tools and education to empower clients’ loved ones to be an active part in creating client success.
Amal Farah
Co-founder of Baby Boomers Home Healthcare, Amal Farah teaches families to help provide more independence, social interaction and meaningful activities for their loved ones with Alzheimer’s and dementia. A former caregiver to her father with Alzheimer’s, Amal helps families create a clean, safe environment for clients at home, offering educational tools, support and true understanding.
